Ongoing projects

The project "RETURN TO SENDER" has finished the second stage of the "impossible mission" of putting smoke back into a chimney: By means of controlled pulses of smoke lit by stroboscobic light there is a possibility of giving the illusion of smoke moving backwards. It is easily done with i.e. water but smoke acts in a more chaotic way.

We have succeeded with 8-10 pulses/sec but this is not satisfactory. So now a new smoke-pulse generator is being built in the hope of obtaining 15-18 pulses which could give a less stuttering flow.

Second stage tried - in despair - an entirely electronical solution with a moving stroposcopic beam - with no good result.

Conclusion: It can be done with pulses - but as I se it not satisfactory.
